Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times

Oolong Teas

To get the most flavor out of your oolongs, you’ll need to use the right water temperature. Refer to the package for the temperature, as lighter greener oolongs will require a lower temperature below boiling and darker more oxidized and roasted oolongs will require a higher temperature. The oolong teas below are darker and roasted and you should use boiling water that has cooled for 1 minute (to about 195°F) and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

Fall Mate Tea

We have found the ultimate sweet and fragrant fall tea blend. We totally love the balance of sweet, spiced, rich, and light; Fall Mate provides you with just that in a truly delicious and balanced cup of tea! Brazilian mate packs a powerful dose of caffeine like a cup of coffee; yet has the health benefits of true tea. This sweet and spicy blend of quality oolong tea, Brazilian green mate and rooibos is combined with fragrant cinnamon, sweet pineapple, papaya, ginger, and cardamom.
Ingredients: Oolong tea, Brazilian mate, green rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, pineapple, papaya, chicory root, orange peel, lemongrass, cardamom pods, coriander, planed almond, and small brown rock sugar.

Roasted Rice Tea

Has a fruity taste with buttery caramel notes from roasted rice, barley malt, and maca perfectly blended over a base of bright oolong tea. Oolong stands out among the rest for burning excess fat in the body, as it activates thermogenesis and prevents starches from turning into fat in the body. Studies have recently proved that oolong tea contains polyphenols (organic chemicals) just like green tea, making it an excellent source of antioxidants. Maca, also known as Peruvian ginseng, has a nutty, slightly butterscotch caramel-like taste. Maca root is a nutritional powerhouse. It has been used for centuries to boost mood and energy and is known to be an adaptogenic.
Ingredients:  Oolong tea, barley malt grains, apple, cinnamon, mango, natural flavoring, maca root powder, roasted rice, and marigold blossoms.

Oolong Metabo-Fit

The delightful taste of Oolong tea mixed with lemongrass, dandelion, ginger, cumin and cardamom is intended to stimulate the metabolism. Oolong tea acts as an appetite suppressant and also has the ability to breakdown trans fats and saturated fats while preventing carbohydrates from converting to sugar in the bloodstream. Dandelion can make you feel full and is rich in fiber, along with normalizing blood sugar and cholesterol. Cardamom and Cumin both boost the body’s ability to burn fat. The lemongrass and ginger add a crisp lemon taste and are beneficial for digestion.

Ingredients: Oolong tea, dandelion, lemongrass, ginger, cumin and cardamom.
